Subscribe & Save Plan Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your participation in "Subscribe & Save" Plan (SSP) on www.just-herbs.eu and are between you and Just Herbs Europe BV (“Just Herbs” or “Us” or “We”). The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Herbs in relation to the SSP. Please note that your use of the Just Herbs website is also governed by our Terms of Service, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements, in each case as may be modified from time to time, all of which are incorporated into these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully. By placing an order through SSP, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

Subscribe & Save Plan Benefits
Our SSP offers a discount off the then-current purchase price for regularly scheduled deliveries of the SSP’s available products on our online shop. Our SSP are only available to those selected products. The selection of SSP Products may change from time to time.
Ordering Process and Product Availability
Once you have subscribed to regular deliveries for SSP Products, products will be ordered and delivered automatically at the delivery frequency chosen by you at the time of subscription without any further action required by you. Some subscription and product details (including price, discount and availability) may change over time. Each SSP order will be subject to the then applicable subscription and product details. Before each SSP order is dispatched to you, you will receive an order confirmation message including order details and instructions for cancelling or modifying your order if you wish to do so ("Order Confirmation").
If any products in the SSP is not available on the date it is scheduled to be dispatched to you, you will be notified of the delay, and we will attempt to fulfil the order within two weeks of the original dispatch date. The renewal of a subscription will be skipped, and you will not be charged until we have restocked the product. If the product becomes available during that two-week period, it will be dispatched to you without any further action required by you. Delay due to non-availability of any SSP Product will not affect the SSP discount applicable to any other subscriptions you may have or to future orders for the same subscription.
If we are unable to fulfil the order within two weeks of the original dispatch date, the renewal of a subscription will be skipped, and you will be not charged until we have restocked the product. In this case, you have one of the following options to take:
- You may cancel the existing SSP subscription. Or
- You may keep the existing SSP subscription where one or more products are out of stock. You will be notified by email when we have restocked the product. when we have re-stocked the product again, you will be charged the renewal of a subscription automatically (unless you have cancelled the existing subscription). And you will be required to re-schedule the dates of your next deliveries in your SSP account online. or we can re-schedule it based on your original delivery interval.
Price, Payment and Renewal
For each SSP order you will be charged the price (including VAT where appropriate) of each SSP Product on the day your SSP order is processed, as detailed in the Order Confirmation, less the applicable SSP discount.
By purchasing an SSP subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the then-current applicable Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
The SSP discount you receive will be the discount applicable to your SSP Products at the time your order is processed, as detailed in the Order Confirmation. You cannot use other discount codes in combination with the discount generated by the SSP unless otherwise stated by our support team.
Your SSP subscription(s) continue until cancelled. The price of each SSP order will be charged to the payment method used to create your subscription. If we are unable to complete your SSP order using the payment method you used to create your subscription or otherwise indicated by you, you authorise us to update your subscription with another payment method we have on record for you and to charge that payment method for your SSP orders.
If we do not have another payment method on record for you or are unable to charge any payment method we have on record for you for your SSP orders, we will send you an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method. If the payment method isn’t updated within 7 days after the original billing schedule, your SSP subscription(s) will be cancelled.
Changes to Prices, Shipping Costs, and Discounts
We may occasionally need to update our product prices, shipping costs, and discounts. If this happens, we will notify you by email in advance. If we are unable to send an email notification, you will receive a reminder of your next scheduled SSP order, which will include the updated billing amount, before it is processed. If you are not satisfied with the price increase or any changes and wish to cancel, you can do so at any time before your next order, and you will not be charged.
You can also check and manage your existing subscriptions in your account at any time. We recommend reviewing your subscriptions before your next expected dispatch date.
Pause, Cancellation or Modification of an SSP Subscription(s)
You may modify, pause or cancel your subscription(s) at any time. Pause, cancellation or modification will not affect SSP orders for which you have already received Dispatch Confirmation. Details on how to cancel your subscription(s) can be found in the SSP dedicated Q&A page.
Please note that a subscription may be restricted from modification or cancellation if it requires a minimum number of deliveries, payments, or months before changes are allowed. Once you have fulfilled the required number of deliveries or months as agreed, you will be able to modify or cancel your subscription.
If your subscription is cancelled, you will be notified via email and will only be charged for the SSP orders that have already been dispatched. No further SSP orders for that product will be placed. Please note that cancelling an SSP subscription may reduce the discounts available on your remaining SSP subscriptions.
If you pause a subscription that offers additional discounts after subscribing for a certain period (e.g., save 20% for the first 6 months and 30% thereafter), you may still be required to complete the remaining time after reactivating your subscription to qualify for the additional discount. This is subject to the availability of the original subscription that was paused.
If you reactivate an SSP subscription that was previously paused or cancelled, the discount applied to your reactivated subscription may differ from the one in effect before the pause or cancellation. The new discount will apply to future orders of that SSP subscription.
Amendments
We may change these Terms, or as appropriate, change terms applicable to SSP at any time by posting the revised terms on our site. Your continued participation in SSP constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any changes to these Terms, you must cancel your SSP subscription(s).
If any provision of this Terms, as may be amended from time to time is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision or change is deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
